Online Video Party

The Faculty Academy Video Party takes its inspiration from the recent Web 2.0 Online Learning Film Festival. This interactive presentation at the New Media Consortium’s Convergence of Web Culture and Video featured four education webloggers (Brian Lamb, D’Arcy Norman, Gardner Campbell, and Jim Groom) who “impulsively started up a dubious awards program, declare themselves Jurors, and solicit nominations on their blogs.” The result is an eclectic selection of numerous videos around the web that intersect, however tangentially, with the relationship amongst web video, teaching, and learning. Below we have over twenty of these videos running on a continuous, random loop, so be sure to take a look at just a small sample of the untapped potential web video offers.
