This was my first faculty academy (ok, half academy-I only made it one day). I am comforted by Jeff's admission that he too felt overwhelmed.

I was really amazed and impressed to see what my colleagues across campus were doing, but I was really amazed at what had been going on in my own building, on the same floor where my office is. I knew that Leanna and Charlie were doing "technology stuff" but had not been aware of Steve Gallick's work and was exceptionally impressed by it. Is it sad that I had to drive to Stafford to know what is happening 5 doors down from my office?

I'm not too sure about Twitter, I think it may exacerbate the short attention span that I'm already battling!
